- Provide a positive and exciting candidate experience from initial interviews to onboarding New Hires
- Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and posts on multiple job boards and social media sites
- Assist with online and in-person job fairs
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting, experience with non-exempt positions
- Assists in managing the companies Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- currently Paylocity
- Reviews resumes daily and conducts phone screen/interviews of applicants
- Schedules in person/virtual and phone interviews for open positions across assigned region
- Responsible for completing reference checks on new hires
- Create clear and efficient documentation
- Use of electronic software
- Complete assigned training and education as necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred, Associates Degree OR minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience is required
- Must live in the state of Michigan. Strongly prefers an applicant who resides in the Upper Peninsula for recruiting purposes.
- Must be flexible and can easily pivot based on the needs of the business
- Must be autonomous and effective working in a hybrid position
- Requested to travel to Ann Arbor, MI infrequently for home office trainings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High comfort level with speaking on the phone with candidates on a daily basis.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Great at building relationships both internally and externally
- A desire to have mastery of HR and ATS related software
- Has a high comfort level of wide varieties of software system (i.e. Google Suite, Mac computers)
