Key Responsibilities
- Manage all IT licenses, software, and equipment, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Physically setup up laptops for new employees. Requires short term storage on premise.
- Develop and maintain purchase and replacement plans for both hardware and software, aligning with the company’s budget and strategic goals.
- Monitor technology trends and provide recommendations on technology investments.
- Track IT expenses, manage to budget, and oversee all purchasing related to IT needs.
- Handle service accounting for IT-related services (e.g., bandwidth, O365, etc.).
- Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Document escalations and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service, acting as a trusted technology advisor to teams across the company.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance efficiencies and maximize technology resources.
- Monitor IT initiatives and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Certification or degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT operations, IT management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with a variety of software platforms, hardware, and IT management tools.
- Experience with budgeting, licensing management, and asset tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technology-related documentation.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
