A well-established Plaintiff's law firm located in Lexington County, SC is seeking a full time Receptionist. Applicants must be outgoing, dependable, hardworking and treat clients with the utmost respect.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain general office cleanliness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, opening and closing files, and copying
- Provide general information to visitors and callers about services offered
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
- Calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
