Kennedy Richter Construction, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator - Estimating Team. As the main point of contact for assigned projects, you will be responsible for ensuring that our standards of daily performance and procedures are met from project inception to turnover.
- Consult with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Maintain all project documents in an organized manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise estimates and competitive bids for construction projects
- Review construction plans, specifications, and perform take-offs to gather bid information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- 2-5 years' of construction experience preferred
