Commercial construction subcontractor seeking an Estimating Coordinator / Administrative Specialist.
Our Estimating Coordinator works closely with construction estimators to gather information regarding commercial construction projects through email, online services, and phone calls (no cold calling). He / she keeps the department organized and productive, managing high volumes of information and files using established systems and protocols. Computer literacy is a MUST and familiarity with blueprints is helpful.
Applicants MUST be
- proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- proficient typist
