DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and demonstrate the ability to seamlessly work across multiple departments. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to focus amidst distractions, and strong organizational capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Inbound Inventory Receiving : Efficiently manage and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to inventory records.
Inventory Counts and Verification : Conduct regular inventory counts, verify stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory data.
Sales / Operation Spreadsheets : Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to support sales and operational activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for team members.
Invoicing / Billing : Accurately handle invoicing and billing tasks, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any discrepancies.
Departmental Support : Provide backup support across various departments, adapting to different roles and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
Documentation : Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for relevant stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
