Employees in this position will preform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: Greeting customers, Answering telephones, process and post invoices, balancing and closing daily transactions, updating transaction information, etc.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little to no supervision. Data entry experience
Ability to communicate effectively
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to plan, organize, and complete own work assignments without close supervision
Knowledge of general office procedures and work related methods
Ability to maintain records and files of moderate complexity
Ability to work in a team
Ability to perform Accounting, Collections, Customer Service, Telephone Switchboard, Cash Handling, Office Management, Delivery Schedules
