The salary range is $150K-$170K. Candidates must have 5 years financial management experience focused on the real estate industry with strong property accounting skills. A thorough understanding of financial data, tax regulations and compliance reporting, excellent Excel and QuickBooks skills are musts. Experience managing a small team strongly preferred as is proficiency with Yardi.
