What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Controller - Private Equity position at Kennison & Associates?
One of the largest and oldest private equity investment firms is seeking a Corporate Controller (salary range $120K-$130K Bonus). This is a hybrid role that requires 5 years of finance/controllership experience. Overall, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for closing, reporting, and budgeting for corporate entities in addition to maintaining the books, records and balance sheets. This will include analyzing data/trends; preparing general ledger closing and financial; collaborating on the annual audit ; and participating in the annual budgeting. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills (all MS Office products, financial platforms - Dynamics, Concur, etc.) and excel in working with large datasets and translating it into presentation form for management to review.
