Sales Manager (East Coast)
Location: East Coast (Remote)
Salary: $140k - $160k

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying strategic sales opportunities and developing relationships that convert into revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive revenue from new and existing accounts
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through creative deal structuring and negotiation
- Promote product and technology offerings to prospective clients
- Build and manage impactful channel partnerships
- Lead qualification, approval, and growth processes for new customer engagements
Required and Preferred Experience & Skills
- Proven experience establishing and growing partnerships and securing initial product commitments
- Technical knowledge in the production, design, or application of metal powders for additive manufacturing, including binder jetting, MIM, LPBF, DED, spray cladding, and other spherical powder uses
- Familiarity with material application and qualification processes in industries such as aerospace, defense, space, medical, and oil & gas
- Existing relationships with key players in the additive manufacturing ecosystem preferred
Desired Candidate Qualities
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional mindset
- Experience using CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Travel Requirements
Regular domestic travel is expected, including visits to customer sites, participation in trade shows, and meetings at company locations.
