Description
Champion community outreach for the Clarkston campus. Cultivate and catalyze a connection culture at the campus and in the community by creating an atmosphere of high invitation and high challenge. This is accomplished via connection, recruitment, training, development, and deployment of leaders at every level of development in their walk with Jesus.

Qualifications
- Membership at Kensington Community Church within first year of employment. Affirmation of the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of Kensington Community Church.
- Active participation in the Clarkston community
- Actively pursuing a deeper personal relationship with Jesus
Responsibilities
A. Oversee dedicated community outreach opportunities:
- Owen Elementary School Partnership
- Trunk or Treat Event
- Easter Egg Hunt Event
B. Lead and Recruit Guest Service teams: Hospitality, Prayer, Coffee, Ushers, The Hub
- Encourage and connect with team leaders on a routine basis.
- Communicate weekly with team leaders on updates, changes or details that impact serving teams.
- Plan and manage volunteer recruitment and celebration events.
C. Order supplies for teams as needed (coffee service, communion supplies, hospitality)
D. Create vision and lead execution of holiday and specific campus outreach events:
- Christmas lobby décor
- Easter lobby décor
- Mother’s Day
- Father’s Day
- Summer/Fall /Winter Connect Events
E. Assist with social media content creation.
F. Maintain Troy building cage storage cleanliness and organization.
G. Spend one on one time with volunteers and new members of the Clarkston community.
H. Model Family on Mission within our community. Invite families into your life and spend time with them outside of the weekend service.
I. Participate in required staff meetings.
