Kensington Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources/Payroll Specialist! HR/Payroll Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of associate's degree preferred
- Human Resource/Payroll experience required
- Prior health care experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
HR/Payroll Job Functions:
- Process and maintain all personnel records.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an adequate personnel filing system.
- Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed.
- Calculate payroll (timecards) and distribute payroll checks.
- Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc.
- Maintain attendance records, warning notices, counseling, and other disciplinary action of employees.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Supervise, train, and/or assist department heads and others to learn use of computer and data processing policies and procedures.
- Enroll employees in all benefit programs offered by the facility.
