The Weatherization Program Supervisor oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Weatherization Assistance Program funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while improving energy efficiency, health, and safety in the homes of eligible low-income residents. The supervisor manages staff, contractors, and resources to achieve program goals effectively and efficiently.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the Weatherization Assistance Program.Ensure program compliance with regulations, guidelines, and performance standards.Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet program objectives.Supervision and Management: Supervise program staff including energy auditors, inspectors, and administrative personnel.Provide training, performance evaluations, and support to ensure high-quality work and staff development.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.Fiscal and Administrative Duties: Assist with budget development, grant reporting, and monitoring of expenditures.Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation, including client files, work orders, and program reports.Track program metrics and prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.Client and Community Relations: Oversee client intake and eligibility verification processes.Serve as a liaison between the program and community stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and partner agencies.Promote the program and educate the community on energy efficiency and available services at community events.Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct site visits and post-work inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.Address and resolve client complaints or concerns related to weatherization services.Participate in audits and reviews conducted by federal or state agencies.
