Job Description :
Use of technological acumen and expertise to manage projects and lead teams.
Advanced knowledge of protocols to manage workflow for document analysis with responsiveness while utilizing privilege and confidentiality designations, well-versed with analytics tools for use in discovery and fact analysis.
Select and implement strategy and design discovery solutions.
Manage projects; track and report on costs and progress.
Assist case team with custodian interviews.
Interact with and manage outside vendors.
Advanced facility with all major eDiscovery technologies.
Lead teams and leased reviewers.
Respond to work requests from LPS management, including training and professional development, staff performance, prompt and complete timekeeping and program improvements.
Lead trial preparation support processes.
Position Requirements :
Admitted to the CA bar, active and in good standing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Relativity, Case Dynamics, Opus2, and Case Notebook.
Satisfy Fact Development & Review Staff attorney job qualifications.
Experience in discovery project design, implementation, supervision, budgeting and quality control.
Experience in all aspects of litigation project management including litigation holds, early fact development and case assessment, collection, processing, culling strategies, document review, production and privilege logging.
Ability to articulate case (project) goals, objectives, deliverables, costs and deadlines; identify tasks, resources and schedule need to achieve objectives.
Fluency in the technical language of desktop and enterprise business information systems.
Strong organizational, reasoning and research skills; creativity; strong written and verbal communication abilities; good judgment; attention to detail; and initiative.
Team work, team-building and leadership experience.
Ability to work with little supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in seeking work, managing work load and in formulating and recommending projects or alternative ways to complete projects that will benefit the case / client.
