The Banquet Captain plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the banquet staff and ensuring they are properly trained
• Coordinating the setup and service of events
• Maintaining communication with event planners and guests
• Ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently
• Participating in room setup and service
• Inventorying equipment
• Demonstrating awareness and compliance with security, safety, emergency, and energy procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banquets or food service
