As the HR Business Partner for our CCS group, you will be at the forefront of implementing and administering a wide range of HR activities and programs that drive employee engagement, foster talent development, and align with our business objectives. This role demands a unique combination of strategic thinking and operational prowess, requiring you to effortlessly transition between high-level planning and day-to-day tactical execution.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking HR professional who can :
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that support the CCS group's specific needs and contribute to overall business success
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and programs to leaders and employees within the CCS group
