Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional products and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer emails and calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Maintain product knowledge of Kent Rubber's vast products and services offering
- Assist customers with determining the correct hose and rubber for the specific application
- Perform other duties as needed, including supporting customer service counter sales in related transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Desire individuals with experience with hose or rubber part applications or industries
- Team player who can work independently
- Experience with MS Outlook/Office, all in one business operating system.
Salary : $5,000 - $7,000
