Job Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities / Duties :
Managing and overseeing the day to day operation of a team of secuirity officers and hospitality professionals.
Managing personnel, keeping overtime low and supporting Kent with all operational tasks.
Scheduling and staffing all accounts (Call outs, extra services and vacations.)
Responsible for maintaining the payroll process in a timely a accurate manner.
Notifying human resources of any allegations of discrimination, mistreatment or harrasment.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven, and fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or GED
Certification Requirements (All)
NYS Security Guard License
