Opportunity Kent State University at East Liverpool is seeking candidates for a non-tenure track, lecturer position to teach undergraduate Maternal / Newborn and Pediatric nursing in an ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing) accredited associate degree nursing program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Nursing. Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Ohio. Two or more years of experience in medical-surgical / Maternal Newborn and Pediatrics with clinical as a registered nurse. Simulation experience using mid / high fidelity mannequins. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident, approachable, and professional.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
