About the Role:
KENTECH Consulting is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst III to serve as Program Manager for a federal contract supporting the FBI’s Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU). This position is responsible for leading a team of analysts conducting intelligence exploitation and forensic analysis related to counterterrorism investigations.
This role will work on-site in a SCIF environment at the FBI facility in Huntsville, AL. Remote work is not permitted due to the classified nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily operations of intelligence analysis support for the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit.
✅ Oversee the production of intelligence reports and analytical products for FBI and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
✅ Ensure all work complies with DOE Q clearance regulations, FBI policies, and IC standards.
✅ Serve as primary point of contact between KENTECH, the FBI Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other government officials.
✅ Supervise and mentor Intelligence Analyst II team members, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery of all intelligence products.
✅ Coordinate team training, workflow management, and performance reviews.
✅ Maintain detailed records and generate required monthly status and financial reports.
✅ Ensure all work meets FBI requirements for forensic exploitation and intelligence analysis related to improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and other evidence.

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
✔ 5 years of intelligence analysis experience within the US Intelligence Community.
✔ Previous experience managing intelligence teams, preferably in a federal contract environment.
✔ Experience producing intelligence products and reports that meet IC standards.
✔ Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
✔ Strong editorial, research, and analytical skills.
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intelligence databases/tools.
✔ U.S. Citizenship (required).
✔ 5 years of intelligence analysis experience within the US Intelligence Community.
✔ Previous experience managing intelligence teams, preferably in a federal contract environment.
✔ Experience producing intelligence products and reports that meet IC standards.
✔ Active TS/SCI clearance (required).

Work Hours:
- 8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)
- Flexible between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary : $110,000
