INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Location : Lebanon, KY
Reports to Maintenance Supervisor
We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time positions.
- 2nd Shift : 1 : 30 pm - 10 : 00 pm Monday - Friday (Overtime on Saturday and Sunday as required)
- 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am Monday - Friday (Overtime on Saturday and Sunday as required)
Ability and willingness to work across multiple shifts if needed.
Pay range : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour starting wage
Job Description :
The industrial maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties, such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, using both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Job Duties :
Perform routine repairs and maintain all equipment (mechanical and electrical) to enhance efficiency and prevent malfunctions that could lead to production downtime and costly repairs.Troubleshoot malfunctions (mechanical and electrical) and locate the source of problems by examining equipmentAssist in line changes and process improvements.Clean equipment, lubricate moving parts, change fluids, modify equipment, and replace parts and components as required.Maintain records of all maintenance activities.Conduct preventive maintenance measures on structures, equipment, electrical, plumbing as well as facilities.Control downtime by informing production employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.Support and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and training production employees on efficient operation and basic routine maintenance proceduresMaintain a positive work environment by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with co-workers, customers, clients, and management.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including proper lockout / tagout procedures.Qualifications :
Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related tradeMinimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with robotic tuning, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication requiredMust be reliable and motivated.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of preventive / predictive maintenance techniquesPhysical Requirements :
