General Function:
This position provides customer service to assigned retailers to increase volume and profit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.
- Support and maintain the Retail Portal with retailer set up and access, ensuring smooth operation and user assistance.
- Communicate pricing promotions or changes to the assigned account base utilizing email, text, and other necessary means of communication.
- Monitor and ensure ordering compliance under assigned frequency.
- Contact retailers when consecutive order frequencies are missed.
- Maintain accurate records and process all orders, reports, and forms as required.
- Report all sales, procedure, and delivery opportunities to Sales management.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the all-product service offerings.
- Account visits as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Delivery team for special requests or Point-of-sale deliveries with product orders.
- Provide P.O.S. material as requested, ensuring compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations regarding signage.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to KEI’s insurance carrier.
- Beverage sales and/or phone sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
- Ability to communicate, both oral and written, to a diverse group of external and internal customers
- Ability to organize and work efficiently and to set priorities.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Occasional repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds.
