Digital Content Specialist

Position responsibilities:

·         Content creation, including video and still content for digital marketing channels

·         Manages Posts and daily communications across all Social Media Platforms

·         Maintains brand identity in all artwork produced

·         Produces artwork for packaging and all components, including manuals, gift cards, event signage, and advertisements

·         Supports and manages outside video and photo production for digital use.

·         Manages Relationships with Social Media Influencers

·         Develops and maintains a strong product knowledge of company products, including safe handling techniques

·         Maintains and organizes digital and physical files for produced artwork and photo database

·         Correspondence with customers and vendors for image and copy needs

·         Manages trade show booth graphics updates

·         Grow social media platforms

·         Track key Metrics across all social media platforms

·         Attending trade shows, shooting competitions, and other events may be required

·         Special projects and other duties as required

Knowledge and Skills:

·         Combination of education and experience providing technical knowledge in graphic design and social media management. 5 years or the equivalent is required.

·         Expert computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Final Cut Pro is a plus but not required. Ability and desire to stay up to date with software releases.

·         Experienced managing social media pages with a large number of followers

·         Experience in creating and managing email campaigns is a plus but not required.

·         Excellent organizational skills are required, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

·         Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
