We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead efforts in recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment strategies, employee relations, and social media management, a proven background with in person recruiting events and experience in general human resources tasks This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with managers and drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years Job Fair and in person/event recruiting experience .
- 3-5 years Human Resources general experience.
- 3-5 management experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms.
- Ability to network and make connections with local organizations and school to build a recruiting pipe line.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Organization is critical.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Must have excellent managerial skills.
