Recruiting Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead efforts in recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment strategies, employee relations, and social media management, a proven background with in person recruiting events and experience in general human resources tasks This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with managers and drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years Job Fair and in person/event recruiting experience .
• 3-5 years Human Resources general experience.
• 3-5 management experience.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms.
• Ability to network and make connections with local organizations and school to build a recruiting pipe line.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Organization is critical.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
