Description
This position is responsible for overseeing all recruiting for the park, tracking application flow in the HCMS, rehire process, the J-1 international program, file compliance, Worker's Compensation coordination and HR general duties as needed.

Requirements
- 3-5 years Job Fair and in person/event recruiting experience .
- 3-5 years Human Resources general experience.
- 3-5 management experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms.
- Ability to network and make connections with local organizations and school to build a recruiting pipe line.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Organization is critical.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Must have excellent managerial skills.
