Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times by following Kentucky Kingdom’s grooming and apparel guidelines.
- Enforce Park policies.
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
- Keep work area clean.
- Follow all departmental SOPs.
- Have a basic knowledge of the park and park-wide SOPs to assist guests as necessary.
- Use appropriate radio communication, including codes, accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and constant smile.
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Ability to assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Ability to enforce park policies while addressing guest concerns in a friendly manner.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of guests and entertainers before, during, and after shows.
- Punctuality and ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to follow direction and work independently.
- Hosts who are a minimum of 18 years old must pass background check.
