Kentucky Outdoor Living, located in Nicholasville, KY, is a growing, landscape construction company serving the Greater Lexington, KY area. We design and build custom decks, paver patios, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features, pergolas and roof structures, landscape projects, irrigation and lighting. Our customers include retail, corporate, homeowner's associations and private residences.
KOL is seeking a skilled, detail- and safety-oriented Site Foreman, to perform hands-on installation of landscapes, landscape lighting, paver patios, retaining walls, decks, covered structures, and other outdoor elements. The ideal candidate must have general knowledge of site workflow, building techniques and communication skills.
Position Responsibilities & Requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience with installing small to large outdoor living projects.
- Ability to work independently or on a team to build a variety of custom outdoor spaces.
- Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques.
- Comply with safety regulations.
- Ability to understand and prioritize work assignments.
- Personal and professional integrity.
- Flexibility with regard to work assignments and schedule.
- Excellent time, organization and management skills.
- Can pass a Drug/ Background Check
- Valid KY Drivers License

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
