Field Production Manager – Build / Install
United Landscape (UL) in Lexington KY seeks an experienced manager for our Build / Install division.
Your Mission:
As a field production manager (FPM), you make sure that client contracts are fulfilled to the highest standard of quality. You manage crews on-site: coordinating services to maximize client satisfaction and productivity. FPMs are part of our overall company management team and coordinate with the owner to manage profitability and other metrics. You would coordinate with other FPMs to conduct safety and skills training. You should also develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong customer and public relations, accurate record-keeping, and effective project management.

Excellent Candidates Would Have:
- Five years’ experience leading a landscape build/install or general construction team.
- B.S. in Landscape Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or similar
OR have five years' experience in a related field - The ability to read landscape and/or construction plans and manage subcontractors
- Hardscaping experience with CMHA Installer Certification
- Knowledge of plant material, landscape lighting and drainage products
- The ability to lead and inspire others
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- The ability to be a self-starter

Employment Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience in landscaping or construction fields
- A valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the previous five years
- High school degree or G.E.D.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States
- Be physically capable of performing the required duties (repetitive movements including extensive push/pull motion, bending/twisting/stooping, lifting 50 lbs.)
Salary : $60,000
