The Landscape Maintenance Production Manager at APHIX, LLC plays a pivotal role in overseeing the scheduling and execution of all landscape maintenance projects, including mowing, seasonal cleanups, floral installations, trimming, and more. This role ensures that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards set by APHIX, LLC. Key responsibilities include effectively managing labor hours and materials to meet or exceed project estimates, while maintaining exceptional quality control. The Landscape Maintenance Production Manager must demonstrate strong leadership in managing multiple sites simultaneously and ensuring seamless communication with account managers to drive project success. In this role, the Manager is expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a strong employee-centric focus. The ideal candidate will also be proficient with modern technology and software tools, have solid decision-making capabilities, and bring a deep understanding of operational management to efficiently oversee diverse teams and tasks. A strong work ethic, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt to the dynamic needs of the landscape maintenance business are essential to thriving in this role. Degree in horticulture or business management; or equivalent in industry experience required. Previous management experience required.
