Role reports to : GS Business Support Senior Manager Location : Summit, NJ Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ. Pay : $73,000-$102,000 What you will do Kenvue is recruiting for a Senior Financial analyst to support transformation activities in the Finance organization. This position may be located in any location with flexibility to work US hours. This role is pivotal in supporting our teams with reporting, analysis, and financial insights for restructuring initiatives, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. Key responsibilities include :
- Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial reports and metrics related to transformation initiative, including variance analysis, financial forecasts, and budget tracking of the projects.
- Business Plan and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) : Collaborate with project teams to update and maintain business plans and LRFP, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and financial targets.
- Budget and Value Delivery Tracking : Track and report on budgets and value delivery across a portfolio of projects, including resource movements, spend, savings, technology savings, and headcount.
- SOX Controls : Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and regulations, particularly related to financial reporting and data integrity. What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, operations, or related business experience is required.
- Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Must work well in a dynamic environment, recommend, and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent English proficiency. Desired Qualifications
- An MBA is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other financial reporting software.
