What will you do The Clinical Data Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of Data Management tasks for complex human use research activities in order to successfully achieve strategic objectives.: The role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical trial data, managing data collection and validation, and working closely with study teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery. Key Responsibilities · Provides end-to-end data management support for multiple clinical studies and associated deliverables for clinical trials including study set-up, conduct and close-out · Participates in the design, writing and review of data management documents including Case Report Forms (CRFs), annotated CRFs (aCRFs), Edit Check Specifications (ECS), study level User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Management Plan (DMP), etc., as directed · Ensures all Data Management activities are conducted in accordance with high ethical and quality standards, all applicable GCP regulations and company procedures · Oversees data management activities as directed to ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objectives, timelines, budget · Provides strong quality and project oversight over vendor responsible for data management deliverables · Enforces data standard conventions and quality expectations for clinical data per defined processes · Maintains data management documentation per regulations and procedures · Assists in request for proposal, evaluates proposals from external service providers · Contributes to departmental process improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional study teams such as Study Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Research and external vendors to deliver data management activities for clinical studies
Qualifications:
What we are looking for Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science or a related field required · At least 5 years of clinical data management experience in healthcare related industry · Proficiency with Clinical Data Management System (e.g., EDC systems) required · Sound knowledge of all applicable regulations including; CFR, GCP, ICH guidelines and industry standard practices regarding data management · Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment. · Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing and aggressive timelines.
