This position has overall responsibility to lead and direct the Global Total Rewards Solutions. They are accountable for the effective management of Total Rewards Solutions measured by – timely execution and on-success criteria for delivery of compensation, benefits, leaves & retirement end to end processes, meeting external & internal compliance & audit requirements resolution of service requests within defined time periods, levels of accuracy and quality standards; meeting established cost to serve rates and employee satisfaction levels. This position is accountable for leading a team of professionals that provide human centric, accurate and timely services. They foster a culture of continuous improvement and experience while adhering to standards and process excellence.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of 40 Total Rewards professionals responsible for delivering compensation, health & wellbeing, pension and leaves programs across 4 regions (22,000 employees in ~60 countries).
- Partner with Total Rewards Design/Strategy COE to provide data/insights to shape future direction of Total Rewards plans and programs and ensure seamless flow through and execution of global Total Rewards programs and policies.

- Partner with the other People Function area (e.g., Employee Relations / Labor Relations, Recruiting / Talent Access, Global Mobility, Compliance (HR & Finance), etc.) and regional teams to ensure coordination of operational matters that impact Total Rewards areas.
- Represent the People Solutions team on the Employee Benefits Committee to provide input on design/strategy and how it will be delivered by People Solutions.
- Manage third-party vendors responsible for administering Benefits, Pension, Leaves and Compensation programs are delivering in line within agreed upon services & Service Level Agreements.
- Oversee and execute the long-term operational strategy, methodology, and management of Global Total Rewards Solutions. Translate global TR strategy into Global & Regional Solution plans to increase the effectiveness of services while improving the employee experience.
- Implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years progressive Total Rewards and/or related HR experience
- 3 years’ experience in Total Rewards expertise areas preferred
- Strong leadership skills; operates as an agile global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.
- Track record to drive business results – identifies and capitalizes on opportunities, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, and drives sound decisions that deliver results.
- Ability to establish a culture focused on speed, accountability and continuous improvement while building human-centric repeatable and sustainable processes.
- Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborate partnership skills.
- Strong capability in assessing, hiring, developing and coaching talent; developing a high performing, diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Strong presentation skills- can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Design Thinking, Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- A global mindset, with the capability to understand and correctly represent the needs of the countries within the region
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from USD $168,000 – $289,000.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
