This role shapes the HR agenda within their client group and actively supports their business partners through coaching, talent management, organizational design and strategic through partnership. This role supports all three business segments across the US Skin Health & Beauty, Self Care and Essential Health for Brand Growth.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to drive a human capital strategy that anticipates and addresses future changes in business conditions.
- Serve as a thought partner and consultative advisor to business leaders, providing strategic advice and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive elevated levels of performance.
- Deeply understand the business objectives and drive the alignment of the organization's structure, roles and ways of working to achieve its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Own overall organizational effectiveness for the function - work with leaders to design and implement the optimal organizational structure inclusive spans of control and layers within the organization to facilitate communication, collaboration, and agility.
- Identify critical business capability needs and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization.
- Find innovative, forward-looking ways to elevate the impact and performance of existing systems and processes and new models to acquire resources to meet business needs.
- Develop the talent strategy in partnership with the leadership team to grow and advance diverse talent pools.
- Use data and analytics to unearth key talent insights and translate into solutions and relevant action to address critical themes.
- Own the talent rhythm inclusive of succession planning and the retention, engagement and accelerated development of critical talent.
- Drive the strategy and approach for elevating the performance of top leaders in the organization to unlock increasingly high levels of team performance.
- Facilitate the development of a strong Kenvue culture delivering employee engagement and retention – drive initiates that foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
- Engage critical stakeholders to drive support for the overall talent agenda and connect dots across the people function to mobilize the organizational capabilities in service of an improved employee experience and better talent outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Social Science, or related field.
- 10-12 years of global experience of developing and executing successful HR / business strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience with Brand Growth/Marketing related functions within FMCG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior leaders translating vision into reality and a tactical level on a day-to-day basis driving operational excellence.
- Credibility as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Result-driven mindset, ability to tackle complex issues and experience working through others to advise the business on human capital priorities that quickly add value to the business.
- Proven success at building relationships, an ability to understand the business needs of customers and depth in consulting engagements influencing others to action without authority.
- Experience with working with global teams in a matrixed HR support environment and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,250. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
