Shift Into Your New Role as a Service Appointment Coordinators :
Are you reliable and have great customer service skills and a friendly upbeat personality? Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Coordinators (SAC) for our dealership who is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related administrative duties. Applicant must display a personable attitude and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Great customer service is always our goal!
Schedule :
- Tuesday through Thursday 10 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm & Friday through Saturday 9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm.
