Borcherding Buick GMC is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our Business Development Center. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and enjoy making a real impact, this is the job for you!
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a crucial role in helping them take the next step toward their dream vehicle. Your day-to-day will include handling internet leads, fielding inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential buyers. Automotive experience is great, but not required-we're looking for team players with patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to top-notch service.
What It Takes to Succeed :
- Ability to work the assigned schedule
- Any level of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality-all great!)
- Strong typing and internet navigation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid work references and ability to pass a background check
- Must be 18 or older
