What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside a skilled Auto Body Estimator to learn the craft
- Assisting in preparing detailed repair estimates for damaged vehicles
- Communicating with insurance companies and coordinating customer appointments
- Dispatching work and ensuring a smooth repair process
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive experience for every client
What It Takes to Succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars
- A great work ethic and reliability
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred But Not Required
- Trade school background or experience in a body shop
- I-CAR and ASE Certification
