Kenwood Dealer Group is looking for a full-time Service Appointment Representative to schedule customer service visits, coordinate special order parts deliveries, make follow-up calls, and assist our Service Advisors. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Work Schedule
Tuesday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM and Every other Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer service or call center role (appointment setting experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers (CDK training provided)
- Reliable and able to work scheduled hours
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory driving record
