Director PTC Operations
The Director PTC Operations will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of network specialists to monitor and manage all PTC, network, and back-office system related issues to ensure that the required service levels and performance targets are achieved.

Develop Network Operations Center (NOC)
Oversee and manage NOC Operations
Implement a robust remote monitoring program
Respond to urgent or significant wayside failures
Manage team of five network operations specialists

Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Required 10 years :
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large scale IP networks, railroad C&S systems and network monitoring systems.
