Assistant Maintenance Manager (Fleet)

Knowledge and Experience

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• ASE Certification and 609 AC Refrigerant required or obtained within 6 months of employment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be proficient in the following : MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• Collection of data. Must be data driven
• Understanding of federal requirement(s) placed on the client as it relates to FMCSA, VDOT Policies and NTD
• Familiarity with Fleet Maintenance Software
• Familiar with the regulations and policies of OHSHA
• Experience with performance assessment to drive continuous performance improvement
• Dossier, Clever Devises, GFI Odessey fare boxes where applicable
• Knowledge of inventory control management
• Experience in working in a Union environment
