- General Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required. College degree and private club experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to prioritize and work with little direct supervision.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work evenings and weekends per business needs.
- TIPS alcohol certification required.
- ServSafe Certified required.
Broad Function: Responsible for handling execution of member and non-member events with direction from Events Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper event execution including but not limited to room set-up, guest seating assignments, staff communication, day of coordination.
- Create and manage floor plans and event timelines.
- Plan and prepare member/guest registration processes.
- Prepare audio visual technology per event specifications. Monitor/troubleshoot AV during event.
- Provide floor presence at all assigned events.
- Conduct training for event staff (dance floor, decorating, etc.)
- Collect and contribute event summary information to Event Manager/F&B Manager as required.
- Completes other tasks and work assignments as requested by the Events Manager/F&B Manager.
