What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispensary Manager position at Kepler Holdings?
We are a cannabis company that serves patients throughout the state and we are looking to grow at our new Deer Lodge Dispensary! If you are looking to get into a growing industry and a close-knit company, this is a great place to get in and grow your career.
We are looking for a hard working, honest, and dependable employee to work as a budtender and dispensary manager, handling customer care and sales, cash management, scheduling, inventory, deliveries, website and POS maintenance, packaging, cleaning, facility maintenance, with possible cross-training. Schedule will be 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift. Weekends may be required to start. We are open 9am to 8pm, and evening shifts may be required. Pay is $20 per hour starting, health insurance is offered after the first 60 days. We offer a monthly credit for employees, as well as a 30% discount.

- Calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the industry!
- Position covers sales and deliveries, managing inventory and ordering, merchandise and CBD, POS and website maintenance (including graphics, data input, adjustments), cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, packaging flower.
- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honesty and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
- Computer literacy is a requirement
- Must be comfortable managing employees and large amounts of cash and inventory
- Driver's license is a requirement
