Job Title: Crew Lead – Remodeling Contractor
Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hrs
Location: Williamson County and surrounding areas.

We are a reputable remodeling contractor specializing in renovations and additions. We are dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team and oversee on-site operations.
Job Summary:
The Crew Lead will manage day-to-day remodeling activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on technical skills in construction and remodeling. You are a working leader who knows his stuff, but is willing to learn at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of 2 to 3 members on remodeling projects.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and manage project timelines all while delivering a quality product.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and work with the owner to mitigate delays.
- Communicate regularly with managers, subcontractors, admin, and clients.
- Maintain an organized and clean job site.
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or remodeling. Direct experience in bath and kitchen renovations a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of remodeling techniques, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification a plus
