Position: Fleet Supervisor
Job Summary:
Fleetwash is seeking a Full-Time Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily field operations in your area. This role involves supervising work crews, managing dispatch, coordinating with the Operations Manager, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. As the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for field and office duties, including scheduling, payroll management, fleet maintenance, and ensuring DOT regulation compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all field work crews daily.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on day-to-day tasks.
- Dispatch crews and oversee special projects and fleet maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for crews in the field and provide on-call support during off hours.
- Conduct site visits with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks using our mobile and online systems.
- Balance time between fieldwork and office responsibilities.
- Be available for nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in mobile and online systems; a strong computer background is preferred.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for up to 60 hours during busy periods.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous supervisory or operations experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
