Salary : $20-$22 per hour Project-Based Bonuses
Pay Rate : $20-$22 per hour Project-Based Bonuses
Schedule : Monday - Friday nights (some Saturdays as needed)
Hours : Minimum 40 hours per week (up to 60 hours during peak seasons)

We are looking for a Night Supervisor to oversee and support our work crews in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership :
- Dispatch crews and monitor work progress throughout the night
- Ensure team members follow company protocols and safety guidelines
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
Quality Control & Equipment Management :

Operations & Reporting :
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
Medical DOT card (preferred but not required)
Experience in pressure washing or a similar role (preferred, but we will train the right candidate!)
Strong computer skills for using online systems and mobile applications
Ability to work nights and some weekends as needed
