This person works in office and assists each advisor with the operational needs of his or her clients through developing and maintaining good working relationships with both the clients and advisors. This person has good communications skills, provides excellent client service and outstanding operational support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides quick and accurate answers to operational questions for advisors and clients
- Provides comprehensive operational support to clients, including facilitating all monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through CRM
- Monitors pending new accounts and transfers
- Handles all communication regarding custodians through our back office providers
- Works with team leader on special projects (such as client appreciation events)
- Review quarterly reports for accuracy and collates reports.
- Acquire working knowledge of our investment philosophy
