ExaminationsOral Exam: qualified candidates will be notified five days prior to the examination.Oral Exam (Weight 100%): will be conducted for the purpose of appraising training, education, experience, interest and personal fitness for the position.Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process.The Human Resources Division may solely conduct an appraisal of application materials should there be an insufficient number of candidates to warrant an oral examination. Minimum Qualifications/Employment Standards: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or closely related field and two (2) years of experience in a managerial, administrative or staff capacity performing tasks involving budgetary analysis and preparation, personnel management, or closely related work requiring substantial knowledge of statistical, fiscal or accounting methods; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.Possession of valid Class C California Driver's License prior to the time of appointment is required.Applicants must submit a photocopy of their degree or transcript showing date degree was conferred by the final filing deadline of Friday, February 7, 2025.
