Job Overview:
Kerns Fireplace and Spa is a rapidly growing company and we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Conduct inspections and testing to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, and repairs,
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
