Job Title: DEBURR ENTRY AND EXPERIENCED / DEBURR DEPARTMENT
Entry Level Pay: $18.60 TO $24.09
Experience Level Pay: $24.09 TO $25.52

Work Experience Requirements:
· ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN METAL PARTS FINISHING AND DEBURRING.
· EXPERIENCE IN HAND FINISHING OF PRECISION METAL PARTS A PLUS.
· ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS. TRAINING AVAILABLE.
· BE FAMILIAR WITH MANUAL HAND TOOLS AND MACHINERY AS NECESSARY.
· Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
· Keeps work area clean and organized to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent Training.
Job Description and Duties:
· SET UP AND RUN PRODUCTION JOBS.
· UNDERSTAND AND DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL TO REMOVE.
· INSPECT AND VERIFY FIRST PIECE OF THE PRODUCTION RUNS.
· ASSIST ENGINEERING IN DEVELOPING NEW JOBS.
· ENSURE PARTS ARE FREE OF BURRS AND IMPERFECTIONS.
· PERFORM SECONDARY OPERATIONS AS REQUIRED.
