We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Properly sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere within a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and safety standards is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.03 - $18.00 per hour
