Where You'll Work
Our Jackson, WI location is part of our Dry Beverage division and creates dry beverage products in the form of hot cocoa and coffee creamer for Kerry customers and brands. While other production floors can get hot, you’ll stay comfortable in our climate-controlled facility. What You'll Do
- Oversee the Environmental Management System, including record-keeping, monitoring, and compliance with air and water regulations1.
- Manage Title V and State air permits, including renewals, modifications, compliance, and reporting2.
- Conduct safety training programs, inspections, and enforce adherence to health and safety laws and regulations2.
- Coordinate hazard communication programs and participate in incident investigations to identify causal factors2.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of emergency action plans and procedures2.
- Manage Hazardous and Universal Waste programs and DOT registration requirements2.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- A four-year college degree in a technical field (environment, sciences, etc.) or business and administration field is required3.
- 5 years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing setting is required3.
- Experience in the food, wine, ethanol, fermentation, chemical manufacturing industries, or equivalent is preferred3.
